I have used this skimmer for about a year now and it dose pull alot of gunk out but the only thing is that it is a pain in the butt for adjusting it. I am still not able to turn it open all the way. When i do it skimms very wet and after a while it will lower the salinity if not monitored.. So from 1 to 10 I give it a 6.

I could not agree more! I have the same skimmer and cannot turn mine open all the way either.
